Beyond the Surface: Mastering the Deep Blueprint of Your Mind
Part 2 of 2: From trying to being. Learn how to align your beliefs, identity and purpose to finally become who you were meant to be.
You cannot rely on perseverance alone to create lasting change. But when you manage to align your identity with your behavior, it becomes an infinite engine for transformation. If you truly want to change your life, you must go beyond surface-level fixes and work on the invisible blueprint that shapes what you believe you deserve. So, do you really want it desperately?
In Part 1 of the series, we dived into the visible world of change: your environment, your habits and your skills. But that’s still just the surface, wait until you see what’s coming next… As I shared from my own journey, you can have the perfect workspace and the best toolkit in the world and still find yourself right back where you started six weeks later.
There is this one question that kept following me for a long time: “What truly drives personal transformation?”. I was determined to find better answers, so I dived deeper into it. All driven by my own desire for growth and my endless curiosity. Like with many things in life, things or people appear just at the right moment in life. Call in coincidence or divine timing, fact is that it happens. One of these moments happened during my professional studies in becoming a Senior Coach Practitioner. I quickly bumped into 6 Logical Levels of Change of Dilts and Bateson Model. We already talk about it extensively in part 1, hopefully you can already agree with me that it is a very powerful framework. It is used for a good reason by the world’s most effective coaches and therapists. This framework help clients navigate the unstructured and messy parts of change. I also use it in my coaching, so if you’re interested let me know…
“The major problems in the world are the result of the difference between how nature works and the way people think.” - Gregory Bateson (systems thinker and founder of the model)
I use this model extensively in my coaching to help clients navigate their toughest challenges and achieve real breakthroughs. Most of us struggle to create meaningful, long-term change because we focus only on surface-level adjustments. However, by addressing the deeper levels (such as core beliefs and identity) I help empowering my clients to make transformations that truly last.
“The logical levels provide a useful structure for thinking about and acting on different dimensions of change.” - Robert Dilts (NLP expert and Co-founder of NLP)
That is exactly where this part 2 is headed: the real deep work. Mastering these layers is valuable for everyone, whether you are a professional seeking career clarity, an entrepreneur aligning your business with your purpose, or someone overcoming limiting beliefs. This model provides the roadmap, but you still have to do the inner work yourself. Obviously!
The Logical Levels framework will bring clarity and direction. As a coach, I learned to guide clients through these levels. You could finally discover and find your hidden potential. It will shift your mindset in ways you never imagined possible. Are you ready to stop fighting the surface-level symptoms and start mastering the hidden hierarchy of your mind? Let’s go!
